This was my third year working on this internal Sales event, but this time around was more unique than ever. Covid-19 hit, forcing us to take the event virtual. Compounding the challenge was a company merger that doubled the size of our business, resulting in a major re-brand, and remote work status for all employees and vendors. From basic brand elements to set design, I created a unique experience for our Sales team (a notoriously tough crowd!) that resulted in a 90% engagement rate in top-tier sessions and extensive praise from the executive team.
